Live Nation Entertainment on Oct. 1 announced Creator Nation, a new company co-founded by Scott and Alexis Fisher and backed by a capital commitment from the concert giant, according to Live Nation’s newsroom. Live Nation described itself as Creator Nation’s “capital partner and strategic backer.” The firm will support creators across content, commerce, brand partnerships, and live experiences, and will acquire and scale creator-management companies and adjacent businesses, with first acquisitions expected in the coming months. Live Nation did not disclose a dollar figure, equity percentage, or named targets.
Scott Fisher founded Select Management Group and led it through a full acquisition by Propagate Content in 2025; Live Nation’s release says Select’s roster spans more than 500 creators with a combined audience over one billion. Alexis Fisher founded Timeline Management, which Live Nation said has been “backed by Live Nation since 2024” and will continue to operate separately from Creator Nation. The Fishers will lead Creator Nation with their own team and may draw on Live Nation’s resources where helpful; hiring is underway across creator strategy, commerce, touring, data, operations, and marketing.
The Hollywood Reporter, in an exclusive, characterized Live Nation’s role as funding plus logistical support and quoted Scott Fisher on building acquisition and operations capacity for creator firms. A Yahoo Finance piece carrying a Forbes byline separately said a first acquisition will likely be announced before year-end — timing that does not appear in Live Nation’s own release.
What Live Nation settled publicly is the structure of the bet, not the price: a Fisher-led roll-up vehicle with Live Nation as capital and strategic backer, Timeline kept separate, and deal names and dollars still to come.
