As of 21:13 UTC on August 28, 2026, Salesforce is presenting Claudeforce as a partnership with Anthropic that is meant to put Salesforce data, workflows, and existing company permissions inside Anthropic’s Claude. The first product Salesforce names from that work, a plugin called Salesforce in Claude, is available to select pilot customers, the company says, with an open beta planned for September 2026.

On its Claudeforce product page, Salesforce says the partnership is meant “to put your trusted data to work inside Claude — governed by the permissions and business rules your company already runs on.” It describes Salesforce in Claude as “the first product to come out of the Claudeforce partnership” and as a plugin “that gives sellers and their agents 37 pre-built skills — so they can reason over live revenue data, keep pipeline updated automatically, and take action, all without leaving Claude, governed by the same rules Salesforce already runs on.”

“It's available today for pilot customers and is planned for open beta in September 2026,” Salesforce says. The company says the initial skills are for sales, with other clouds listed as coming soon.

Salesforce says that over the past year it and Anthropic built Claude Tag in Slack, Claude in Agentforce, and Claude as a launch partner for Slack Code. The company is promoting Dreamforce in San Francisco on September 15–17, 2026, and says attendees can see Salesforce in Claude there.

The Anthropic-branded work sits alongside Salesforce’s other AI products. Salesforce’s artificial intelligence site markets Agentforce as part of its CRM. In a May 2026 review that does not mention Claudeforce or Anthropic, AI Agent Square describes Einstein as the AI layer across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and other Salesforce products, and says Einstein launched in 2016 and later added generative AI and Agentforce.

Salesforce’s Claudeforce page is the source of the partnership and product claims. Commercial terms, named customers, and Anthropic’s own description of the arrangement were not independently retrieved.
